The Business Development Finance Corporation markets and
originates loans under the Community Investment Loan Program of the Industrial
Development Authority of the City of Tucson ("Tucson IDA"). The Tucson IDA seeks
projects with economic development, affordable housing, or downtown,
neighborhood or community development objectives.
Program Highlights
Loans to Non-Profit organizations for Projects located in the City of Tucson which provide:

Development / Business Expansion
- Affordable Housing
- Downtown,
Neighborhood or Community Development
- Loan terms up to 5
years with up to 20 year Amortization
- Non-Profit Interest Rate: 6%
- $35,000 to $125,000
Loans - More with Lender Participation
Application fees: $100.00
Commitment Fee - 1% of loan amount payable upon final loan approval (non-refundable). Borrower responsible for all 3rd party fees.
